Customer service was great and staff were friendly.
I faced multiple issues during my stay. The towels and pillows were in short supply, which was frustrating given that we had planned to use the sofa bed. It also took quite some time for us to get the items we requested, and I found the kitchen supplies in the room were severely lacking.

Upon arrival, I encountered hair on the shower bench and a lack of necessary towels and linens for the sofa bed despite having three guests. The constant noise from the nearby warehouse alarm disrupted sleep both nights, which is not ideal for rest. Additionally, some technical aspects like the thermostat were tricky to adjust.

The front desk staff, especially Mary G, provided friendly and welcoming service. Our unexpected upgrade to a King suite made our stay feel more like home than just a hotel. I also appreciated the spacious room and the large breakfast options that catered to different tastes.
However, I noticed several cleanliness issues that we couldn't overlook.

Additionally, the lighting in the room was tricky. I had to keep the key in the slot for the lights to stay on, which felt inconvenient. The thermostat also gave me some trouble at first, as it was set to a chilly 65 degrees when I arrived. I would have preferred a friendlier system for temperature adjustments.

Super clean King Room with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and a nice seating area. Love the large breakfast options. The fitness center and outdoor swimming pool are great for a workout and relaxation.
